No contact also related with you will be recorded in your order & payment panel to ensure privacy.

We will use only your surname or company name to identify and list your order & payment panel.

Once you log in in the order & payment panel you get access to the following;

 - Real time update of your order up to delivery.

- Access to your invoice and payment link in regards to the invoice where applicable.

- Trade assurance payment update portal.

- Your trade assurance balance in real time as reflected in our database which corresponds to step by step monitoring of payment & the order delivery process.

- Query panel in case if any order problem or filing for refund.

We have integrated our platform with Pesapal a trusted payment gateway that processes payments in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania & Rwanda.

The following finance operators are usable in respective countries:
Kenya: MPESA,  AIRTEL MONEY, VISA, MASTERCARD, EQUITY, COOPERATIVE BANK, E-WALLET PESAPAL, AMERICAN               EXPRESS

UGANDA: MTN MOBILE, AIRTEL MONEY, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

TANZANIA: VODACOM MPESA, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

RWANDA:   VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

Steps to enjoy the self-controlled payment system is as follows;

i) Place and order with us by first requesting a quote and once you accept the quote we will update your order in the order & payment panel for you to keep track by logging in to the panel.

ii) Depending on the mode of payment you wish to pay with we will guide to;

-Credit & debit card payments is available in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania & Rwanda via pesapal. We will send you a pesapal payment link in your order panel, email or whatsapp.

-For mobile money: KENYAN clients can pay via pesapal payment link with M-pesa of which we will send in your order panel, email or whatsapp. However, for Ugandan & Tanzanian clients currently, we accept MTN uganda and Vodacom respectively although this is not available under the pesapal payment options. Click on this link to find a procedure to place payment via mobile money using MTN or Vodacom. 

 

-For bank deposits our sales team will guide you accordingly.

iii) We will then update our Pesapal point of sale panel with the quoted amount of the order and send you a Pesapal link & an invoice on your order panel or whats app for you to place a payment depending on your country or preference.

iv) Once you place payment in guidance of Pesapal, we will be updated and commence proceedings and shipment of the trade as you monitor the trade in the order & payment panel .

v) Immediately after delivery and satisfaction you will be required to release funds in your Pesapal account transaction section. However, if you paid directly via mobile money or bank account we will release funds to the merchant on your behalf. Finally the trade is marked as complete.
